Verdant, a slow-living retreat, asked for a site that felt tended rather than built. Its atmosphere is generative: nothing in the background is a video or an image; it is all being drawn, live, while you read. Designed and built by our AI pipeline in one day.
Five hundred and twenty "pollen" particles ride a procedural noise field on a full-screen canvas. Each frame, a particle samples smoothed value-noise at its position, turns toward the angle it encodes, and leaves a short stroke in one of five palette colours. Trails fade by painting the canvas with destination-out alpha, so the dawn-gradient sky underneath stays visible (an earlier version faded with solid colour and quietly erased the whole sky; the screenshot review caught it).
ctx.globalCompositeOperation = 'destination-out'; ctx.fillRect(0, 0, W, H); // fade trails toward transparency ctx.globalCompositeOperation = 'source-over';

border-radius, each on a different phase.SOFT and WONK axes tuned for a hand-set feel.The three macro photographs were generated with Higgsfield (nano_banana series): "extreme macro of dew-covered botanical forms at dawn, translucent fern fronds, peach and lavender backlight, glowing bokeh." One prompt, three takes, no retouching.
Three Playwright-rendered review passes at desktop and mobile widths. Pass one caught the sky-erasing bug and a mispositioned scroll cue; pass two added particle density; pass three added the parallax drift.
